From time to time we decide to mix it up! We have been recieving such positive feedback on our full proof offerings that we wanted to feature that in our latest single cask release. This bourbon is lightly filtered and bottled at it's full barrel strength of 116 proof. A strong kick isn't all this brings to the party. By not adding water prior to bottling the spirit retains more of its flavor that it took so long to aquire during the aging process. Get stocked up for the fall season!
