Copper Cannons grand opening was in 2018 and this barrel was made in our second year of operations and was the 23rd barrel we filled. 7 Years is a long time to wait! It was worth it however as this whiskey has a smooth spice flavor combined with lemon, cinnamon, and carmel. Barreled at 100 proof it is great for sipping while still retaining plenty of body.
